CQC Inspection

Severnbank Surgery will be having our CQC inspection on Wednesday 8th May. Patients are welcome to speak with the inspectors on this day about their opinions of the surgery, as well as filling in the CQC comment cards located in the waiting room and at the front desk of reception. There is a box located on the table beneath the TV screen in the waiting room for these comment cards to be anonymously handed in. These will be collected by the Inspectors on Wednesday 8th, and only they will see what has been written on the cards.

Increased Access Appointments

Severnbank Surgery are part of the group of Forest of Dean Surgeries who offer Increased Access appointments. These 'HUB' appointments are available to be booked through reception, and consist of appointments either here at Severnbank Surgery, or at one of the other participating surgeries in the Forest. These appointments can range from morning and afternoon appointments, to late evening and Saturday mornings as well.
